Best Western Plus Orlando Lake Buena Vista South Inn & Suites, Kissimmee

I had some serious issues during my stay. While the check-in process was smooth and the staff member was friendly, the experience quickly went downhill. I encountered a giant roach in my room, which was absolutely disgusting and ruined my night. The staff's response to my complaint was lackluster, offering no help beyond passing the message to their manager. Overall, I left very disappointed and frustrated with how the situation was handled.

I stumbled upon this Best Western when I had to change my initial accommodation, and I'm glad I did! The location was really convenient, being close to shopping and eateries. The staff was incredibly polite and helped me feel welcome. The room was quite comfortable and clean, but I had a few issues with breakfast and room temperature that brought my rating down a bit.
